Tom - The founder
"Tom is the founder of Tom Àdam. Whenever he comes up with a new absurd idea, he meticulously assembles it down to the tiniest details, finds the right materials and producers to collaborate with, and tests each prototype on himself (whether it involves playing tennis for hours or indulging in too many naps).
He is the mastermind behind the brand, serving as the creative mind & the one who crunches the numbers, while being a trained graphic designer (following in his grandfather's footsteps).

Una (mum)
She is the steadfast pillar of Tom Àdam and the main support for all the logistical and administrative tasks. She personally prepares and hand-wraps many of the orders with the utmost care and love.
Una is also the hands behind the hand-knitted Tom Àdam sweaters and the Sleeping Mask.
Andris (Dad)
He is a born salesman and could easily be referred to as the brand's most fitting ambassador.
He will talk about it to anyone and everyone, whether it's someone in a gondola lift in Dolomites or people at the next table in a restaurant. He excels in crafting captivating stories and possesses that kind of charisma. Rumor has it that he once sold an invisible fish to a blind fisherman.
Ieva (Sister)
She's a very astute individual, a proverbial voracious reader, and serves as the sounding board when it comes to anything related to the brand's copywriting.
She also models in the brand's campaign photos, consistently participating in our feedback rounds and keeping a keen eye on details that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Viktorija (Grandma)
She's the epitome of a female silver-fox and one of the main Tom Àdam models. Her mother used to sew silk ties on an old 'Singer' sewing machine, and she became quite well-known for making every piece in her own wardrobe.
It's a testament to the fact that sewing and crafting garments have been a tradition in the Tom Àdam family for generations. Sometimes, that's what it takes to create the best possible products available.
Benjamin (The Dog), 2011-2023
He was the head of human relations and mediator of all heated discussions. "The Pyjama Connoisseur". Definitely the life and soul of the behind-the-scenes of photoshoots.
Reminding us of basic life necessities and the importance of an impeccable self-care routine (together with being the king of unsolicited naps).
Now, Benjamin is running in the fields full of dreams and snacks, but we carry him in our minds with deep gratitude wherever we go.
Friends - The inner circle
In one way or another, every person we work with becomes a part of the family. Our mentality is to work closely with people and establish even deeper connections. Our friends are our initial supporters. They provide constant feedback and advice and serve as our first product testers, while also keeping us motivated to continue doing what we love. There's nothing funny to mention here; they are quite serious when it comes to comfort & wearing loungewear.
